Terms
Placeholder, not final content
These terms still need to be written and reviewed.
They have to match the member agreement School of Home Service LLC actually issues. Publishing invented terms that contradict the contract people sign is worse than publishing none, which is why this is a placeholder rather than generic boilerplate.
What they have to line up with, based on what the site currently promises:
- The guarantee as worded sitewide: complete every action item and attend every call, and if you are not launched and taking jobs within 90 days, work continues at no additional cost. The launch is guaranteed, not an income figure.
- Pricing and payment: $15,000 founding, rising to $30,000, payable in full or across two monthly payments, financing available.
- Refund and cancellation terms, which no page currently states.
- What the program is not: not a franchise, no royalty, no territory, no leads supplied, not employment, not a passive investment.
- The Austin ride-along, where the session is included but travel and lodging are not.
- Governing law and venue.
Until they are published, questions go to layne@schoolofhomeservice.com.
