Privacy Policy

Placeholder, not final content

This policy still needs to be written and reviewed.

It is a legal document, so it needs drafting against what the site actually does rather than filled with generic text. Meta also requires an accessible privacy policy before running ads, so this blocks paid traffic.

What it has to cover, based on what this site currently collects:

  • The application form at /apply: name, email, phone, market, current work, capital position, timeline and free-text notes. Delivered by email to School of Home Service LLC via Resend, and upserted to GoHighLevel once that is connected.
  • The GBP Analyzer at /gbpanalyzer: email address plus the Google Business Profile selected. Sent to Mailchimp, stored in Supabase, and the report emailed via Resend. Google Places is queried on the visitor's behalf.
  • Whatever analytics or ad pixels get added, none of which are installed today.
  • Retention, deletion requests, and the contact route for them.
  • A physical mailing address for School of Home Service LLC, which has not been supplied yet.
