Who's teaching this

Built by an Operator. Running It Today.

I'm not teaching something I did once. I run a hardwood flooring company right now, this week, real jobs and real subs, and I teach the exact system that runs it.

Where this started

I built it the expensive way.

I started with nothing and built a moving company that did over $10 million before I sold it. That business taught me home services the expensive way: every lesson bought at retail. Blown jobs. Bad hires. Pricing I set by guessing and then paid for. The Friday afternoon a sub walked off with a customer's house in pieces and my name on the contract.

Today I run a hardwood flooring and remodeling company doing about $2 million a year. Across everything I've built, it's north of $20 million generated in home services.

THE MODEL

I never learned to install. I don't swing a hammer and I've never laid a plank in my life. I learned to sell the work, price it to margin, and manage the people who do it. That's not a limitation I worked around. It's the whole model.

Why I teach it

Most people selling this haven't done it.

Almost everyone selling “start a business” either did it years ago or never did it at all. They teach off a whiteboard. Ask a real question (what do you pay a hardwood sub per square foot, what do you do when a customer won't pay over a transition strip) and the answer goes vague, because there's nothing behind it.

I think almost anyone can build this. Most people who fail aren't incapable. They just never got handed a system, so they spend three years learning what a pricing sheet teaches in an hour. Nobody handed me one. I'm building what I wish I'd had.

Five people have started and launched their own flooring business with me so far. Their companies are live and you can look at their websites yourself. I'd rather that number grow slowly and stay true than grow fast and stop meaning anything.

Straight answer

Is this right for you?

I'd rather tell you no early than take your money.

This IS for you if…

  • You have capital to invest: the program plus a cushion to float material and labor before customers pay you
  • You want to own the business, not work in it with a knee pad on
  • You're coachable, and you'll do uncomfortable things: sell in someone's living room, and tell a grown man his work has to come out
  • You want a system you understand and own outright
  • You're all in, not one foot in and one foot out

This is NOT for you if…

  • You need this to work immediately to make rent
  • You want hands-off income. Selling jobs and managing subs is the business
  • You're not willing to sell, manage people, or track your own numbers
  • You want to be sold on a picture of the money instead of doing the work
  • You're looking for an overnight fix
Why I'm not like the rest

Five things I can say that they can't.

01

I'm running it right now

Not five years ago. This week. Before you pay me a dollar, I'll show you my jobs, my estimates, and my subs. Ask anyone else selling you a business to do the same.

02

You own all of it

No franchise agreement, no royalty, no boundary on where you can work, no seller's note. Your brand, your customers, your reviews, your equity.

03

You get a live company's system

Not a plan built from scratch for you. The actual pricing model, installer playbook, and sales process I use, handed over intact. Proven beats bespoke when you're launching.

04

You own the lead flow

I don't supply you leads. I teach you to generate your own (ads, Google, content, referrals) so nobody can switch it off. It's the most transferable thing you'll learn here.

05

I'm on the hook until you launch

Complete the action items and attend the calls, and if you're not launched and taking jobs in 90 days, we keep working at no additional cost until you are. It's done-with-you, so the timeline depends on your execution, but I don't leave.

What you walk away able to do

The skill outlives this one business.

Generate your own leads

Ads, a Google presence that ranks, content that makes you the local expert, and realtor referrals. Works on any home service business you ever run.

Sell and close the job

Measure it, scope it, price it to margin, and present it. One number, full scope, never itemized.

Run it on systems

Vetted subs, a quality standard you can verify without trade experience, and numbers you check weekly, so the business lives in a system instead of in your head.
